U9 & U10 Development Academy
BSC Portland is excited to offer a year-round academy of technical training and league play with professional coaches for U9/U10 boys & girls (usually 3rd and 4th grade). The Development Academy curriculum applies "academy-style" training to each season's programs. The academy is designed to help young players transition from the recreational level to the club level of soccer. Training sessions will have a large focus on developing each players technical ability (passing, receiving, dribbling, etc.), and helping players start to understand the tactical side of the game through small group play (attacking, defending, & possessing the ball). We are looking for enthusiastic, focused players who are interested in continuing to develop their soccer skills. BSCP maintains a successful Classic Soccer program for players aged 8 through 18 years.

2012 DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY (DA)
The Development Academy runs from the Spring - Fall. During the winter months Nov-Feb the development academy players participate in the BSCP Winter Academy. Punch cards for the Development Academy are good for Winter Academy.
2012 SPRING DEVELOPMENT TEAMS (DT)
Development Teams have been selected for the spring season.
